If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us and we will provide you the directions to do so.

Free Shipping
In case you need to return orders that were qualified and purchased with our Free Shipping promo, we will refund for the total of the product minus the original shipping cost which is calculated according to our shipping price table.

Shipping and handling costs
To return your product, please send us an email so we can give you the returning address.

Atama Europe does not refund shipping and handling costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EXCEPTION: if you are returning an order because of an error on OUR part (Ex: wrong order or defective product), if this is the case we will cover the shipping costs both ways. The service used to return the product to us must be Standard Shipping Method (with tracking).

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
