Choose the Mundial 10 if…
- You train four or more times a week and want one gi that lasts years of hard use.
- You compete regularly and also train hard in the same gi.
- You are an instructor or coach and spend most of your week in a gi.
The Mundial 10 is built around Atama's exclusive 600 GSM proprietary weave, a hybrid of single and double weave construction developed by Atama. It adds a seamless back panel, anti-bacterial rubber lapel filling and Military Rip-Stop pants with double-reinforced knees. It is the latest generation of the Mundial series, worn by many IBJJF world champions. Shop the Mundial series.
Choose the Ultra Light if…
- You weigh in with your gi and need to make weight at tournaments.
- You train in a hot climate or in a gym without air conditioning.
- You want a gi that dries fast between back-to-back sessions.
At approximately 1.2 kg in size A2, the Ultra Light is one of the lightest BJJ gis in the world. The jacket is a 400 GSM 100% cotton ultra light weave with no back seam, and the collar and pants are Military Rip-Stop. The Sunset (shoulder patches) and the Rookie (sleeve embroidery) share the same construction — only the design differs. Shop Ultra Light gis.
Choose the Classic if…
- This is your first BJJ gi.
- You want a breathable, comfortable gi for daily training and regular competition.
- You prefer an all-cotton gi in white, blue or black.
The Classic is the evolution of Atama's long-time best-selling Single Weave: a 500 GSM 100% cotton single weave jacket, 100% cotton pants with double-reinforced knees, a seamless back and anti-bacterial rubber lapel filling. It feels broken in from the first session, which makes it the natural choice for beginners and for anyone who wants a reliable everyday Jiu-Jitsu gi. Shop the Classic.
Choose the Infinity Colab 2.0 if…
- You want to add your name, team logo or sponsor patches.
- Your academy wants a clean, matching team gi.
- You like a minimalist look with space for your own design.
The Infinity Colab was designed to be customised. It mixes Single Weave and Mundial characteristics: a 445 GSM 100% cotton jacket with no back seam, a Rip-Stop collar with anti-bacterial rubber filling and Rip-Stop pants — the same fabric used on the Mundial — reinforced at the knees. Just two embroidered Atama logos, on the chest and shoulder, leave room for your design. Shop the Infinity Colab or browse our custom BJJ patches.

How to choose your size
Adult men's Atama gis are sized A1 to A5, with longer A1-L and A2-L cuts for taller builds. Atama sizing differs from other brands, so check the height and weight table on our size chart before you order. Like any 100% cotton gi, an Atama may shrink slightly after the first wash: wash cold and air dry. Still unsure? We ship from Portugal across Europe, with a free size exchange and 15-day returns.
